Homework will be assigned on days of lessons. You are expected to do your homework. Failure to do your homework will lower your chance of performing well on tests and quizzes. All homework will be checked, but certain assignments will be collected and graded. They will be graded on a scale of 0 to 5. A 5 means that the assignment is complete, with all work shown and correct. A 0 indicates that the assignment was not done at all. Turn-in assignments are to be completed on loose leaf paper. I will accept late homework, however the assignment must be turned in within a week of the original assignment date and can only earn a maximum grade of 3.5.
Quizzes:
Quizzes will be announced, but be prepared for an occasional ÒpopÓ quiz!
Tests:
Tests will be given at the end of each unit chapter. All tests will be announced ahead of time.

Extra Help Policy:
I am available for extra help, but you must let me know as soon as possible when you have questions - do not wait until the last minute. You must come to extra help with questions that you have; it is not to be used as a ÔreviewÕ session.
